透刺滞针配按摩法治疗陈旧性面瘫

Treating old facial paralysis by puncturing needle plus massage

目的：观察透刺配合按摩与传统针灸治疗陈旧性面瘫的疗效差异。方法：采用随机对照的方法，将120例患者分为治疗组（透刺滞针配按摩组）和对照组（常规针刺组）进行临床疗效观察。结果：治疗组临床治愈率明显优于对照组，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：透刺滞针配按摩治疗陈旧性面瘫疗效显著，治愈率高。

Objective： To observe the effective difference of treating old facial paralysis by puncturing plus massage and acupuncture.Methods： 120 cases of patients were ranmodly divied into treatment group （puncturing plus massage group） and control group （acupuncture group）, to observe the clinical effect. Result： The cure rate of treatment group is better than control group, the difference has significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating old facial paralysis by puncturing needle plus massage gets a good effect.
