玉红生肌膏治疗Ⅱ～Ⅳ期褥疮的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating Ⅱ -Ⅳ bedsore patients by the Yu-hong-Sheng-ji ointment

目的：探讨玉红生肌膏治疗Ⅱ～Ⅳ期褥疮的疗效。方法：将48例病人随机分成两组，观察组（32例）采用中药制剂玉红生肌膏外敷，隔2～3天换药一次；对照组（16例）用呋喃西林粉外敷，每天换药2～3次。结果观察组治愈率87％，显效率13％，总有效率100％；对照组治愈率31％，显效38％，无效31％。两组治疗效果经统计学处理，χ^2=29．76，P〈0．01，有非常显著性差异。结论：生肌膏外敷治疗Ⅱ～Ⅳ期褥疮，具有肉芽生长快、治愈率高、缩短住院天数、减轻病人的痛苦等优点。

Objective： To discuss the efficacy of treated Ⅱ -Ⅳ bedsore patients with the Yu-hong-Sheng-ji ointment. Methods： 48 cases were randomly divided into an observation group ,and control group. The observation group （32 cases） were treated by the Yu-hong- Sheng-ji ointment for external application, was changed one time after 2 or 3 days; the control group （16 cases） were treated by the furacilinum powder for external application, was changed 2 or 3 times every day. Results the observation group 87% cure rate, markedly effective rate was 13%, with a total effective rate was 100%; The control group 31% cure rate, markedly effective rate was 38%, 31% invalid. Two groups of treatment effect by the statistical treatment, χ^2=29.76, P〈0.01, there is a very significant difference. Conclusion： The Yu-hong-Sheng-ji ointment for external application of treatment of Ⅱ -Ⅳ bedsore patients,has makes the granulation growth up fast, high cure rate and cuts down the days of stay in hospital, reducing the suffering of sick, etc.
