中药灌肠法治疗90例慢性盆腔炎的疗效分析

Effective analysis of treating 90 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in TCM clyster

目的：观察中药灌肠法治疗90例慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效并进行分析。方法：使用药灌肠液，A、B、C三组分别治疗一、二、三个疗程，一个疗程10天，观察效果。结果：三组疗效比较结果表明，B组疗效优于A组，C组30例患者治疗有效率为100％，疗效优于A组与B组。结论：中药灌肠法是治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效方法。

Objective： To observe and analyze the clinical effect of treating 90 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in TCM clyster. Methods： Use of drugs enema, A, B, C three groups were treated one, two, three courses, a course of 10 days to observe the effect. Results： To compare the effect of three groups, the effect of B group is better than A group, the treatment effective rate of C group was 100%, the effect of c group is better than A group and B group. Conclusion： Treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in TCM clyster is the best method.
