加味二陈汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎60例研究

A study on treating 60 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis with Jiawei Erchen decoction

目的：对中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎进行临床研究。方法：60例患者均为2008年3月到2010年3月期间我卫生院病例，在临床采用加味二陈汤治疗。结果：显效49例占81．67％，好转7例占11．67％、无效4例占6．66％，总有效率93．34％。结论：加味二陈汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎具有肯定的疗效，值得推广。

Objective： To clinically study treating chronic atrophic gastritis in TCM. Methods： To treat 60 patients with Jiawei Erchen decoction in clinial. Results： 49 cases were marked, accounted 81.67%, 7 cases improved, accounted 11.67%, 4 cases were invalid, accounted 6.66%, the total effective rate is 93.34%. Conclusion： Treating chronic atrophic gastritis with Jiawei Erchen decoction gets a good effect, is worth being clinically applied.
