中药西药联合治疗功能性消化不良的临床分析

Clinical analysis of treating functional dyspepsia in the integrative medicine

目的：观察云南白药结合西米替丁治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法：治疗组用西米替丁加入生理盐水静脉滴注，同时服用云南白药；对照组只用西米替丁加入生理盐水中静脉滴注。结果：治疗组总有效率为78．1％；对照组总有效率为53．1％。结论：云南白药结合西米替丁治疗各种原因的功能性消化不良具有疗效好、安全可靠，副作用少的优点，在临床上值得推广。

Objective： To observe effects of treating functional dyspepsia in the integrative medicine. Methods： The treatment group with cimetidine normal saline infusion, while taking Yunnanbaiyao; Control group only normal saline in cimetidine infusion. Results： The total effective rate was 78.1%; control group, the total effective rate was 53.1%. Conclusion： Treating functional dyspepsia in the integrati v -e medicine has a good effect, is worth being clnically applied.
