摘要
目的：观察针灸加中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将64例本病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各32例，治疗组采用针灸加中药热敷治疗，对照组单独采用中药热敷治疗。结果：治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：针灸加中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好的疗效，值得临床推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating lumbar disc herniation in TCM. Methods： 64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 32 cases, taking acupuncture plus herbal compress in the treatment group, taking herbal compress in the control group. Results： The treatment group is better effects than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating lumbar disc herniation by acupuncture plus herbal compress has a good effect, is worth being clinically applied.
