The adverse reactions and safe useing of cefoperazone sodium in clinical

目的：探讨我院临床工作中头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠不良反应的发生情况，为安全用药提供科学参考。方法：选取我院32例注射用头孢哌酮钠不良反应病例报告进行分类统计和分析评价。结果：本组资料中，男性41例（56．25％），女性31例（43．75％）：以老年人及儿童多见不良反应发生。结论：加强抗菌药物的不良反应监测，临床合理用药需要更加深入。

Objective： To investigate the situation of cefoperazone sodium and the incidence of adverse reactions, and to provide scientific reference for the safe use of pesticides. Methods： To statistics and evaluate the adverse reactions of traeating 32 patients with cefoperazone sodium in our hospital. Results： The data, male 41 cases （56.25%）, female 31 cases （43.75%）; to the elderly and children more common adverse reactions. Conclusion： To strengthen the monitoring of adverse reactions of antibiotics, the clinical rational drug useneed for more in-depth.
