中药强骨煎剂对去卵巢模型大鼠骨密度的影响

目的:探讨强骨煎剂对去卵巢大鼠骨密度的影响。方法:采用去卵巢大鼠模型,分去势、假手术、去势服强骨煎剂、去势服西药4组。检测骨密度进行比较。结果:强骨煎剂组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:强骨煎剂能够显著提高去势大鼠的骨密度。

Objective To investigate the effects of Qianggu decoction on BMD in ovariectomized rat.Methods The female rats were divided into four groups：model group,sham operation group,Qianggu decoction group,positive control group.We detected the indexes of BMD was determined after the rats were given Qianggu decoction,and were compared with the others groups.Results The BMD were higher than that of the model group.Conclusion The Qianggu decoction has a better BMD against postmenopausal osteoporosis.
