腰椎间盘突出症肌电图检查临床分析

目的:探讨肌电图检查对腰椎间盘突出症的诊断作用。方法:对所有入选病例均行Dantec keypointTM肌电诱发电位仪行肌电图检查,统计两组患者的腓总神经和胫后神经传导速度,以及进行两组患者主要肌群肌电图。结果:40例LDH患者腓神经F波潜伏期较对照组明显延长、出现率显著降低,胫神经H反射弱化及消失显著增高,胫前肌、腓肠肌MUP的时限明显增宽。结论:说明肌电图可作为腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效评定的客观指标之一。

Objective To investigate the EMG to the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation.Methods All selected cases were Dantec keypointTM evoked potential EMG EMG-line,two sets of statistics and common peroneal nerve in patients with tibial nerve conduction velocity,as well as two major muscles in patients with EMG.Results 40 patients with LDH in patients with peroneal nerve F wave latency was significantly longer than the control group,there was significantly lower tibial nerve H refiex increased significantly weaken and disappear,tibia anterior,gastrocnemius MUP significantly broadening the time frame.Conclusion EMG as a lumbar disc herniation objective assessment of one of the indicators.
