中西医联合治疗颈椎病分析

Chinese and western medicine combined treatment of cervical spondylosis analysis

目的:观察中西综合治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将150例颈椎病患者随机分为两组。治疗组76例,对照组74例。对照组采用止痛、功能锻炼等对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药口服及针灸治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.7%,对照组为83.8%;治疗组优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗颈椎病疗效较好,复发率低。

Objective To observe the combined treatment of cervical spondylosis and Western clinical efficacy.Methods 150 cases of cervical disease were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group 76 cases,74 cases in control group.The control group were treated with pain relief,functional training and other symptomatic treatment,the treatment group in the control group was added based on the treatment of oral medicine and acupuncture treatment.Results The total effective rate was 94.7% in control group,83.8%;the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion TCM Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis with better recurrence rate is low.
