退行性骨关节病的中西医结合治疗 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探索退行性骨关节病的中西医结合治疗方法。方法:104例患者随机分两组,对照组以消炎痛栓肛门塞入同时向患侧膝关节注射玻璃酸钠进行治疗,观察组在此基础加以中药汤剂辩证施护。结果:观察组总有效率为90.7%(49/54),对照组总有效率为70%(35/50),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组疗效较好。结论:中西医结合治疗退行性骨关节病疗效满意,值得探讨。
