Nursing countermeasures in newborn surgical operation

目的:探讨新生儿手术时手术室的护理特点与处理。方法:对112例新生儿手术时手术室的护理情况进行分析。结果:从环境温度的调节、静脉通道的选择与管理、体位的摆放、皮肤损伤的预防、病情的观察以及与麻醉师的配合等方面提出了一套行之有效的新生儿手术护理对策。结论:做好新生儿手术中的护理,对新生儿顺利度过手术难关、提高手术成功率、避免并发症的发生具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the nursing characteristics in operating room during newborn surgical operation. Method The nursing condition in 112 newborn underwent surgical operation in operating room were analyzed. Results Regulated from the environment temperature, the choice of vein passage and management, the body position, skin hurt prevention, condition observation and anaesthetist combination, etc, put forward a set of effective newborn surgical operation nursing countermeasure. Conclusion Working well the nursing in the surgical operation of newborn, is important for newborn geting through surgical operation smoothly, elevating surgical operation success rate, avoid complications.
