鼻腔、鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的CT诊断

CT diagnosis of inverted papilloma in nasal cavity and paranasal sinus

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT对鼻腔及鼻窦内翻乳头状瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析25例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的CT表现及手术资料。结果:病变以中鼻道为中心,呈不规则软组织肿块,同时侵犯同侧鼻窦,CT显示受累部位及骨质破坏部位同手术所见有所差别。结论:鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤CT表现无特异性,CT能较好的判断肿瘤的侵及范围,为临床提供较可靠的影像学依据。

Objective To evaluate the value of CT in the diagnosis of inverted papilloma in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinus.Method CT information and operation records of 25 cases with inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinus were retrospectively analyzed.Results The tumor usually showed a irregular soft tissue mass around the middle nasal meatus.CT showed bone involvement and destruction of parts of the site vary with the surgical findings.Conclusion CT demonstrates non-specific in sinonasal inverted papilloma,but can better determine the scope of tumor invasion and provide more reliable basic imaging for the clinic.
