1,4-丁二醇脱氢制备γ-丁内酯催化剂及工艺的研究 被引量:7

STUDY ON CATALYST AND PROCESS OF 1,4BUTANEDIOL DEHYDROGENATION FOR PRODUCING BUTYROLACTONE

摘要 在1,4-丁二醇脱氢制备γ-丁内酯的反应过程中所用的催化剂为铜、铬和第三组元复合金属氧化物,对该催化剂的组成进行正交实验,并对制备方法及反应条件进行考察,得到反应适宜的工艺条件为:温度230~255℃,压力0.2MPa。 A modified copper/chromium metal oxide catalyst was prepared for dehydrogenation of 1,4butanediol to produce butyrolactone. The catalyst composition was determined with orthogonal optimum design technique. The preparation method of the catalyst and dehydrogenation conditions were investigated. It was found that the optimum dehydrogenation conditions were under a temperature of 230 ̄250 , a pressure of 0.2MPa and a hydrogen/1,4butanediol molar ratio of 3 ̄12.
