摘要
以加氢裂化集总动力学模型为基础建立了中压加氢装置的仿真培训系统,重点是表征反应器的开工过程,并开发相应的加氢精制和加氢裂化反应器动态数学模型,使其在较宽的工艺条件范围内与试验值吻合。在仿真培训系统的实际应用表明,所开发的模型逼真度高,可满足实时性的要求。
Based on the dynamic lumping mathematical model of hydrocracking, a simulation system for operator training of Middle Hydroupgrading (MHUG) process was established. The system emphasized on the start up procedure of the reactor, and the dynamic mathematical model of related hydrofining and hydrocracking reactors was also developed, which enabled the simulation result in coincidance with the test data in a wide operating range. The system application indicated that the model had satisfied simulation result and good effect on training.
