水稻强分蘖基因MT1启动子的克隆及与GUS、GFP融合基因的构建

Promoter Region of a Multiple-tillering Gene,MT1,in Japonica Rice Cloned and Fused with GUS and GFP Reporter Genes

[目的]研究MT1启动子的功能。[方法]通过转基因植株中MT1启动子指导外源基因GUS及GFP的表达。[结果]研究克隆了MT1启动子,并将启动子区与报告基因GUS及GFP的编码区融合。[结论]利用MT1启动子与GUS、GFP构建融合基因,能够用于研究启动子功能。

[Objective] The research aimed to study the function of MT1 promoter region.[Method] The expression of GUS and GFP under MT1 promoter region was investigated.[Result] The promoter region was cloned and fused with GUS and GFP reporter genes.[Conclusion]MT1 promoter region was fused with GUS and GFP reporter genes,which could be used to study the functions of MT1 promoter region.
