摘要
[目的]探讨环保型种衣剂与静电生物效应结合使用对玉米种子萌发的影响。[方法]以玉米种子为材料,比较不同静电处理下种衣剂包衣玉米种子的发芽率及发芽势。[结果]先静电处理后包衣的玉米种子的萌发活性明显高于先包衣后静电处理的种子。静电处理包衣种子的萌发效果好于未包衣种子;在0~30min范围内,随着静电处理时间的延长,玉米种子的发芽势和发芽率先升高后降低,其中静电时间为10min时处理效果最佳;在0~5000v范围内,随着静电电压的增加,玉米种子的发芽势和发芽率先升高后降低,其中静电电压为3000v时处理效果最佳。[结论]该研究确定了静电处理包衣玉米种子的最佳时间和电压。
[ Objective ] The purpose was to discuss the effect of combination application of environment-friendly seed-coat agent and franklinism biological effect on the germination of corn seeds. [ Method] With corn seeds as materials, the germination rates and germination potentials of corn seeds coated with seed-coat agent in different franklinism treatments were compared. [ Result ] The germination activity of corn seeds coated after franklinism treatment was obviously higher than that of corn seeds coated before franklinism treatment. The germination effect of coated seeds in franklinism treatment was better than that of uncoated seeds. In the time of 0 - 30 min, as the franklinism treatment time was extended, the germination potentials and germination rates of corn seeds were first increased and then decreased, and the effect of franklinism treatment for 10 min was best. In the range of 0 -5 000 v, as the franklinism voltage was increased, the germination potentials and germination rates of corn seeds were first increased and then decreased, and the effect of treatment with franklinism voltage at 3 000 v was best. [ Conclusion] The optimum time and voltage of coated corn seeds in franklinism treatment were ascertained in this study.
