硒对镉、铅复合污染下油菜重金属抗性的影响 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]研究不同浓度硒处理对镉、铅复合污染下油菜重金属抗性的影响。[方法]以甘蓝型油菜品种黔油18号为试材,通过种子萌发试验和幼苗生长试验研究了硒对镉、铅复合污染下油菜重金属抗性的影响。[结果]硒对镉铅胁迫下油菜生长的影响如下:低浓度硒促进油菜的生长,高浓度硒抑制油菜的生长。硒对镉铅胁迫下油菜种子活力指数的影响最大,其次为CAT活性和可溶性糖含量。在一定浓度范围内(低于10mg/L),硒能提高镉铅胁迫下油菜SOD、POD活性和Pro含量。低浓度硒增强油菜重金属抗性;高浓度硒削弱油菜重金属抗性。低浓度硒减轻了镉铅对油菜叶绿素的胁迫作用;高浓度硒加重了镉铅对油菜叶绿素的胁迫作用。[结论]低浓度硒能在一定程度上缓解重金属污染对油菜的危害。 [Objective] The aim was to research the effects of Se treatments at different concn.on heavy metal-resistance of Brassica napus under compound pollution of Cd and Pb.[Method] With B.napus variety Qianyou18 as tested material,the effects of Se on heavy metal-resistance of B.napus under compound pollution of Cd and Pb were researched through seed germination experiment and seedling growth experiment.[Result] The effects of Se on B.napus growth under Cd and Pb stress were as follows:Se at low concn.promoted B.napus growth and Se at high concn.inhibited B.napus growth.The effect of Se on the activity index of B.napus seeds under Cd and Pb stress was most and that on CAT activity and soluble sugar content was secondary.In a certain concn.range(lower than 10 mg/L),Se could enhance SOD and POD activities and Pro content in B.napus under Cd and Pb stress.Se at low concn.enhanced the heavy metal-resistance of B.napus and Se at high concn.weakened its heavy metal-resistance.Se at low concn.reduced the stress from Cd and Pb on chlorophyll in B.napus and Se at high concn.aggravated this stress.[Conclusion] Se at low concn.could relieve the hazard of heavy metal pollution on B.napus to some degree.
