摘要
[目的]研究安徽2个鸡场球虫抗药性程度,为制定出合理的用药方案提供依据。[方法]从鸡场采集新鲜粪便,经实验室分离增殖,并人工感染孢子化卵囊,测定对地克珠利、氯苯胍、二硝托胺、癸氧喹酯、尼卡巴嗪、马杜拉霉素、盐霉素和拉沙洛西钠8种药物的抗药性。[结果]安徽1号鸡场球虫对癸氧喹酯无抗药性,尼卡巴嗪中度抗药,其余6种药物完全抗药;安徽2号鸡场,对癸氧喹酯河尼卡巴嗪无抗药性,氯苯胍中度抗药,其余5种药物完全抗药。[结论]安徽两鸡场球虫对多数药物已产生抗药性。
[Objective] To investigate the sensitivity of chicken coccidia from two farms of Anhui province to different anticoccidial drugs and provide a theoretical basis for treatment.[Method]Eimeria species were collected from two broilers farms and propagated in our Lab.A total of eight anticoccidial drugs including Diclazuril,Robenidine,Dinitolmide,Decoquinate,Nicarbazine,Maduramicin,Salinomycin and Lasalocid were selected to test.[Results] In Farm 1,Eimeria species were sensitive to Decoquinate and partially resistant to Nicarbazine;While in Farm 2,Eimeria species were sensitive to Decoquinate and Nicarbazine,and partially resistant to Robenidine.Other anticoccidial drugs were completely resistant to chicken coccidia from two farms.[Conclusion] Drug resistance had been highly developed in the two farms.
