摘要
[目的]对11株杂交竹枯萎病病菌进行基础生物学特性研究。[方法]以11株分离自广西华劲竹林发展有限公司枯萎病发病严重竹林基地的杂交竹枯萎病病菌为材料,进行最适生长条件与孢子萌发最适条件的确认及致死温度的测定。[结果]11株菌株的最适生长培养基和光照条件各不相同,最适生长温度为24~28℃,最适pH值在7.0~11.0,乳糖和山梨醇为最佳碳源,酵母浸膏为最佳氮源。分生孢子萌发的最适温度为24~30℃左右,最佳碳源为麦芽糖、乳糖、蔗糖,最佳氮源为酵母浸膏、牛肉浸膏。分生孢子的致死温度为50℃(10min)。[结论]该研究为杂交竹枯萎病的防治奠定了良好的理论基础。
[Objective]The aim was to research the basic biological characteristics of 11 strains of blight germs in hybrid bamboo.[Method] With 11 strains of blight germs isolated from hybrid bamboo from bamboo forest base with severe blight of Guangxi Huajin Bamboo Forest Development ltd.as material,the most suitable conditions for their growth and spore germination were confirmed and their lethal temperature was determined.[Result]The most suitable growth media and illumination conditions for 11 strains were different,their most suitable growth temperature and pH value,optimum carbon source and nitrogen source were 24-28 ℃,7.0-11.0,lactose and sorbitol,and yeast extract resp.The most suitable temperature for conidium germination was around 24-30 ℃,the optimum carbon sources were maltose,lactose and sucrose,the optimum nitrogen sources were yeast extract and beef extract.Its lethal temperature was 50 ℃(10 min).[Conclusion]This research laid a good theoretical foundation for controlling blight in hybrid bamboo.
