摘要
为了解淀山湖夏季蓝藻时空变化特点,于2009年6月至9月对淀山湖浮游植物进行调查。共发现蓝藻11属28种,微囊藻属(Microcystis)、颤藻属(Oscillatoria)和色球藻属(Chroococcus)为淀山湖夏季蓝藻最主要的构成群落。调查期间,淀山湖蓝藻平均密度为16.48×106cells/L,在1.01×106~59.76×106cells/L范围内变化,特点为9月〉7月〉8月〉6月,9月时,由于微囊藻的大量繁殖、聚集导致部分水域水华现象严重。空间上,淀山湖西部及西南部点位蓝藻平均密度大于东部及东南部点位。在营养物质充足时,温度是影响蓝藻水华生消的主要因素,风向也是影响蓝藻分布的重要因子。
In order to study the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of blue-green algae community,the phytoplanktons in Lake Dianshan were investigated during June to September in 2009.A total of 11 generas,28 species were identified during the survey.The blue-green algae community was dominated by Microcystis,Oscillatoria and Chroococcus.The quantity of blue-green algae ranged from 1.01×106 to 59.76×106cells/L,with an average number of 16.48×106 cells/L,in the order from large to small was:SeptemberJulyAugustJune.The bloom and aggregation of Microcystis lead to the cyanobacterial bloom in some areas.The average quantity of blue-green algae in the west and south-west part of Lake Dianshan was higher than those in the east and south-east.Temperature is the main factor that affects the cyanobacterial bloom,and wind direction is an important reason for the different distribution of blue-green algae when the nutritive condition is sufficient.
