摘要
介绍了YBJ-150型修井液压强技机的结构和工作原理。现场试验和推广应用结果表明,采用YBJ-150型修井液压强技机进行修井作业可以快速而有效地解卡。由于这种强技机的主机和液压站分体独立,工作时只需通过快换接头联接即可,便于现场安装、操作和搬迁,同时解卡作业时不必移动大修钻机,减少了作业时间和费用。这种强拔机的系统额定压力为16MPa,液压件全部采用国产件,降低了设备成本,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
The structure and working principle of Modal YBJ-150 hydraulic forced pulling unit for well servicing are introduced. Field test and application show that, by using the hydraulic pulling unit in well servicing, the stuck tool can be heed rapidly and effectively. The unit consists of two isolate parts, the main engine and the hydraulic station, which can be connected by a quick change coupling. The hydraulic pulling unit can be installed without removing the servicing rig and can provide safe pelf performance with a rated system pressure of 16MPa. This unit adopts home-made hydraulic elements, therefore the cost is reduced.
