乘用车车身结构轻量化设计技术研究与实践 被引量:20

摘要 提出了面向设计的车身结构轻量化设计流程,并将其应用于某SUV的开发中。研究表明:运用灵敏度分析技术和基于梯度法的修正可行方向优化算法能更高效地实现车身结构轻量化;提高材料的屈服强度可弥补厚度减小后对碰撞安全性造成的负面影响。结构件轻量化和材料替换前后均作了刚强度和碰撞性能的对比,设计方案和研究结果都在应用中得到有效验证。 The design-oriented flow chart for the lightweighting design of car body structure is put forward and is applied to the development of a SUV.The studies indicate that using sensitivity analysis technique combined with gradient-based modified feasible direction optimization algorithm can more efficiently realize the weight reduction of car body structure,and increasing material yield strength can compensate the adverse effect of structural member thinning on crashworthiness.During the whole process of studies,all strength,stiffness and crashworthiness before and after structural part lightweighting and material substitution are compared for validation,and all design schemes and research results have been effectively verified in practical application.
