PWM模式切换引起无刷直流电机转矩波动的抑制方法 被引量:1

摘要 鉴于无刷直流电机不同PWM调制模式下电流变化的特点,为提高汽车电动助力转向系统助力过程的平顺性及系统的回正性能,有必要在不同助力工况下选用最佳的调制模式。文中提出的在模式切换时采用电流平均斜率不变的方法,有效地抑制了不同调制模式间切换所产生的转矩波动,同时切换前后电流变化趋势保持一致,也有利于助力电流的快速跟踪,提高系统的响应速度。仿真和试验结果验证了该方法的有效性。 In view of the current variation characteristics of brushless DC motors under different modes of PWM,it is necessary to select an appropriate PWM mode under different power assistance conditions to improve the smoothness in the process of power assistance and the returnability of EPS system.A scheme of maintaining the average current slope constant proposed in this paper effectively suppresses the torque ripple caused by the switching of PWM modes.In addition,current variation tendency remaining consistent before and after switching is also conducive to the swift tracking of assistance current,enhancing the response speed of system.The results of simulation and tests verify the effectiveness of the scheme.
