我国职业教育投资：影响因素与解决路径

The Investment of Vocational Education in China:The Impacting Factors and the Solving Route

我国职业教育投资由于受到多种内外部因素的影响,存在着体制缺陷、制度缺损、结构失衡等问题,造成了职业教育投资不足、效益不高,影响了职业教育人才培养的质量。解决职业教育投资中的问题,首先要科学界定政府教育投资的职能和范围,明确政府投资的责任和定位;然后要优化教育投资结构,实现职业教育的协调发展;其次要强化和规范教育成本分担制度,提高职业教育投资总量效益。

Influenced by various interior and exterior factors,there are many problems in the investment of vocational education in our country such as the limitations and damage of the system and the imbalance of the structure which made the vocational education investment insufficient and ineffective and effected the quality of the vocational education talents.To solve these problems,firstly the functions and spectrum of the government investment must be confined scientificaly to define the government obligation;secondly the educational investment structure must be optimized to realize the harmonized development of the vocational education;lastly the cost sharing system of the vocational education must be strengthened and regulated to improve the total benefit of the vocational education investment.
