摘要 MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一组小的非编码单链RNA,它们在生物进化过程中起到很重要的作用。准确并且灵敏地检测出miRNA的表达量,能够帮助揭开它们在生物功能中的神秘面纱。但是对于miRNA检测却一直比较困难,由于成熟的miRNA非常短,并且它们在细胞中的表达量不高,这些特点给传统的检测带来很大的挑战。文章综述了近年来有关miRNA检测方法的研究进展,并对miRNA检测领域国内外研究现状及前景进行了评述。 MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are a group of endogenous non-coding single-stranded RNAs,which play a critical role in physiological processes.Accurate and sensitive quantification of miRNAs expression quantity is conducive to unveil their biological functions.But it is a great challenge to detect mature miRNA by using traditional methods because of its short size and its limited expression quantity in cells.In this paper,a review on the detection methods of miRNA in recent years is presented and the research status and prospect at home and abroad are discussed.
