摘要
树脂基碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)具有轻质、高强度及高刚度等特点。文章从刚度设计的角度出发,对树脂基碳纤维复合材料天线反射面进行铺层设计,利用有限元分析软件进行刚度仿真。结果表明,所有铺层方式均满足设计要求,但实际铺层时应考虑采取变形最小的准各向同性铺层[90/45/0/-45/-A]S。
Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) has following features: light weight,high strength and high rigidity.In view of rigidity,layer design for the CFRP antenna reflector is carried out and the finite element analysis(FEA) is used to simulate its stiffness.The simulation results show that the requirements can be met by the designs presented,but in layer construction,it is better to adopt the quasi-isotropic [90/45/0/-45/A-]S so as to minimize the deformation degree.
