环介导等温扩增法快速检测霍乱肠毒素A亚单位基因

摘要
霍乱是由霍乱弧菌引起的、以腹泻为主要症状的烈性传染病。以发病急、传播快、涉及范围广、能引起大流行为特征,属甲类传染病,曾引起多次世界大流行。霍乱弧菌广泛地存在于水体和海产品中,浙江地处沿海,人们大多喜食海产品,因此霍乱仍是沿海地区最主要的传染病。霍乱肠毒素A亚单位基因(ctxA)是霍乱弧菌毒力的决定因素。
