摘要
鉴于无功补偿用电容器投切开关存在的问题,设计并研制了一种基于STC12C2052单片机的三相TSC投切开关。该开关依靠单片机来完成同步、投切信号检测以及故障的判断,能够准确实现电压过零投切和电流过零关断;采用了硬件和软件相结合的保护措施,既节约成本又能更好地保护开关。
Aiming at the problem with reactive power compensation capacitor switching device,an SCM-based thyristor switching device was designed and developed.The switch realized zero-voltage switching on and zero-cur-rent switching off accurately by means of the synchronization signal,switching signal detection and fault judgment on SCM.With the combination of hardware and software protection measures,cost saving and better protection could be achieved.
