摘要
为了克服传统接触器基本特性试验人工测试的缺点,设计了基于LabVI-EM的自动特性测试台,介绍了该测试台的总体框架,硬件选型及软件设计。经对比试验,验证了该测试台提高了测试效率及精度,克服了人工测试的许多缺点,具有应用价值。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional manual test on basic characteristics for contac-tor,the automatic test bench based on LabVIEW was designed.The test bench was introduced,including the main framework,selection of hardware and design of software.The test bench was verified through the contrast experi-ment,which improved testing efficiency and precision,and overcame many disadvantages of manual test.It had ap-plication value.
