摘要
简述了利用测量手段建立三维模型的必要性。通过综合考虑运用计算机进行仿真分析的整个过程,详细介绍了基于分析过程的联合建模的研究思路。重点介绍了塑壳式断路器的建模过程,并通过对关键部件建模过程的重点描述,指出在测量与建模过程中的关键点。阐述了该研究思路对模型的后续优化工作所起的作用;建模软件与分析软件的连接过程,并对整个研究思路进行总结。
The necessity of establishing three-dimensional model by measuring method was introduced. Through considering synthetically with the whole process of the computer simulation analysis, a co-modeling method based analysis process was described in detail. The modeling process of MCCB was introduced, and some key points that need to pay attention to in the measurement and modeling process by the special description of the main components in the modeling were figured out. The role of this research idea on the following optimization study of the model was explained. The connection of the modeling software and the analysis software was described and the whole research idea was summarized.
