摘要
设计了用于开关柜母线、静触头温度监测的光纤光栅温度在线监测系统,系统所用光纤光栅温度传感器采用了应变不敏感封装,避免了传感器在安装及测试过程中应变对测量结果的影响,提高了温度监测准确度及可靠性。经测试,采用上述封装结构的光纤光栅温度传感器温度特性与裸光栅温度特性一致,该监测系统至今已连续运行1 a多,工作状态良好。
A temperature online monitoring system used to monitor temperature of switch cabinet bus and fixed contact was designed based on fiber bragg grating(FBG). FBG temperature sensor adopted non-strain-sensitive packaging, avoiding the influence of strain of sensor on measurement results in the process of installing and testing, and improving the accuracy and reliability of monitoring temperature performance as naked FBG. The monitoring system had been working for more than one year in good condition.
