摘要
长春质碱经间氯过氧苯甲酸氧化、三氟乙酐处理后,再与文多灵反应得到关键中间体脱水长春碱,其9'-位经1-氯代苯并三唑氯代、四氟硼酸银处理缩环后,与酒石酸成盐,制得抗肿瘤药酒石酸长春瑞滨,总收率约12%。
Catharanthine was subsequently treated with m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid,trifluoroacetic anhydride,vindoline and NaBH4 to give anhydrovinblastine,which after 9'-chlortnation was treated with AgBF4,followed by salification of L-tartaric acid to obtain the antitumor agent vinorelbine tartrate with an overall yield of about 12%.
