我国农村居民消费对国民收入的影响——以凯恩斯经济理论模型分析

Impact of Rural Residents Consumption of China on National Income——Based on a Model of Keynesian Economic Theory

利用凯恩斯学说中简单的国民收入决定理论,基于两部门经济中产品市场均衡模型分析,以湖南省为例,探讨促进农村居民消费对增加国民收入的影响。理论和实证结果显示:农村居民消费增加会促进国民收入的增长,为政府采取扩大农村内需,刺激增加农村居民消费的相关政策提供理论依据;从提高农民收入、稳定农民消费预期、建立社会保障制度方面,提出了促进我国农村居民消费的对策和建议。

With Keynesian theory of national income determination, based on the equilibrium model of product market on two-sectoreconomy, this paperanalyzes that increasing consumption of rural residents may promote China＇s national income such as Hunan Province.The results show：increased consumption of rural residents can promote the growth of China＇s national income, and it provides the theoretical basis for Government to adopt relevant policies which expand domestic demand in rural areas and stimulate to increase consumption of rural residents, and it puts forward some measures and suggestions to promote consumption of rural residents from raising the income of peasants, stabilizing consumerexpectations of farmers and establishing a social security system.
