摘要
从单牙轮钻头几何结构出发, 利用仿真技术, 建立了钻头运动模型、牙齿几何模型、井底模型和岩石与牙齿作用力模型等。在这些模型的基础上, 编制单牙轮钻头钻进过程仿真程序, 在计算机上模拟钻头破岩过程, 揭示了钻头与岩石互作用的大量细节, 并获得牙齿载荷和机械钻速等许多重要信息。仿真结果与台架试验结果很接近, 从而验证了仿真程序的正确性。采用该仿真程序可对不同钻井条件下不同结构单牙轮钻头的性能作出比较和判定, 也可预计尚未制成钻头的钻进能力。
Based on the geometric structure of a single cone bit, by using the simulation technique, the bit motion model, teeth geometric model, bottomhole pattern and teeth rock interaction model are established. Thereby simulation program for the drilling process of the bit is developed, and the penetration process of the bit is simulated on computer. Lots of details of bit rock interaction are revealed and load on bit teeth and penetration rate are obtained. The simulated result is very close to the test result, and this proves the simulation programs correct. By using this program, the performances of single cone bits with different structures under various drilling conditions can be compared and evaluated.
