摘要
目的了解新疆医科大学医学生对艾滋病政策法规知识的认知情况,为今后开展相关教育提供依据。方法以班级为单位对新疆医科大学1218名医学生进行自填问卷调查,并对调查问题进行赋值,通过赋值的计算了解医学生对艾滋病政策法规知识的认知情况。结果医学生关于艾滋病政策法规知识的认知得分为3.02±1.63,从具体得分情况来看,男生得分为3.16±1.73,女生得分为2.93±1.67,男生得分高于女生(P〈0.05);汉族学生得分为3.46±1.67,而少数民族学生得分则为2.30±1.53,汉族学生得分高于少数民族学生得分(P〈0.05)。此外,医学生对艾滋病政策法规知识的知晓率在4.4%~62.6%之间。结论医学生对艾滋病政策法规知识的认知薄弱,根据男生和女生、汉族学生和少数民族学生在对艾滋病政策法规知识认知上的差异对医学生实行不同程度的艾滋病政策法规知识教育。
Objective To understand the status of cognition on knowledge of policy and law of AIDS in medical students, so as to give the evidence for the future education. Methods A total of 1 218 medical students were investigated with the questionnaire in Xinjiang Medical University. The data of questionnaire were analyzed statistically. Results The whole points were 3.02±1.63 on the knowledge of the policy and law of AIDS in the medical students, and the male students got the points at 3.16±1.73 and the female students got at 2.93±1.67 (P〈0.05). The Han nationality students got the points at 3.46±1.67, and the minority students got the points at 2.30±1.53 (P〈0.05). In addition, the aware rates of knowledge of policy and law of AIDS were from 4.4 % to 62.6 %. Conclusions The medical students have little knowledge of the policy and law of AIDS, so we should take stronger measures to educate them.
