摘要
链条等传动件的联结松弛是导致链条抽油机换向冲击的主要原因。冲击造成机件损坏的过程缓慢而渐进, 达到一定程度可导致链条断脱、特殊链节失效、链轮轴滚键等事故。由此,提出如下预防措施(1) 提高链轮加工精度( 特别是链轮节距精度) 和工作面硬度, 以及链轮轴的安装平行度和对正度;(2) 提高链轮轴支撑刚度;(3) 把张紧链条的千斤螺丝由2 个改为4 个, 可使操作轻便、安全;(4) 链轮轴上的圆弧形键槽改为轴全长上的直槽, 并把平键改为斜键;(5) 选用夹壳式联轴器;(6) 采用硬齿面减速器。
Looseness of connection of moving parts of a chain drive pumping unit is one of the main factors causing the impact of the unit in reversing. Precautions against the impact are offered: (1) improving the machining accuracy and hardness of the working surface of the sprocket, installing the sprocket shaft properly; (2)improving the supporting rigidity of the sprocket shaft; (3) adopting 4 tensile chain threads; (4) changing the circular arc key groove on the sprocket shaft into a straight groove; (5) using shell type shaft coupling; (6) applying gear reducer with hard teeth surface.
