IGCC中气化炉控制系统的研究

摘要 为了实现IGCC中气化炉的稳定控制,以IGCC中气化炉的动态特性和工艺要求为基础,设计了安全可靠的开停车控制系统,并对影响气化炉平稳运行的非人为因素做了适当的精确调整。系统选择Tricon作为控制硬件的系统平台,并将交叉限值和主导滞后等先进控制理论和控制方案应用到气化炉的控制系统中,有效解决了IGCC发展的瓶颈问题。现场运行证明,系统运行稳定、操作灵活,满足实际工艺生产的需要,实现了装置的安全保护。 In order to implement stable control for the gastifier in integrated gas combined circulation(IGCC),based on dynamic characteristics and requirements of technological process of the gastifier,the safety and reliable startup and shutdown control system is designed,and the inhuman factors that affecting stably operation of the gastifier are precisely adjusted.In this system,Tricon is used to be the control hardware system platform,and the advanced control theory and control strategy are applied into the system,e g.,cross-limits and lead lag,which solves the bottleneck problem of the development of IGCC reliably.The field experience shows that the system runs stable and operates flexibly,it meets the requirements of the actual process of production,and realizes the device security.
