摘要
以加热炉燃烧系统的工艺流程为基础,分析了大型双蓄热式加热炉的控制策略。全炉烧嘴采用全分散换向控制,炉温控制采用改进型双交叉限幅控制,动态修正空燃比,排烟控制综合考虑炉压和排烟温度两个指标;同时在小负荷阶段引入开度-流量曲线进行控制并加以优化。实践表明,该方法在各种工况下均能同时对炉温、炉压、排烟温度进行良好的控制。
With the technological process of combustion system of heating furnace as foundation,the control strategy of large-scaled double-regenerative heating furnace is analyzed.In this method,fully distributed control changeover control is adopted for all the burners of furnace;and double-cross limit control is applied in temperature control,as well as the air/fuel ratio is corrected dynamically,the furnace pressure and smoke temperature are considered comprehensively for smoke exhaust control;in addition,under small load,opening-flow curve is introduced for optimal control.The practice shows that the method offers excellent control for furnace temperatures,pressure and smoke exhaust temperature under various operating conditions.
