Metrological Information Management System Based on Virtual Network Technology

针对仪化公司计量测量点多、分布广、结算自动化程度低的问题,采用虚拟专用网络技术,通过串口服务器将现场计量数据采集并发送至HiRIS实时数据库中;同时,根据能源计量管理要求,对实时数据进行计算并保存到数据服务器中,通过数据校正软件自动对数据源进行处理,校正后的信息通过公司内部信息网实现数据结算报表的Web发布。经过仪化公司实际应用表明,系统稳定可靠、实时性好、布置灵活,能在线反映整个公司生产能源消耗状况,并及时发现能源输送过程中设备出现的突发故障。

In Yizheng Chemical Fiber Company,Ltd.,there are a lot of metrological points that are distributed widely,and the automation level of settling accounts is quite low at present.By adopting virtual dedicated network technology,through serial server,the data collected in field are sent to HiRIS real-time database,in addition,in accordance with the requirement of energy metrological management,the real-time data are calculated and stored into data server.Through data correction software,the data source is handled automatically.With the information having been corrected,data settling accounts are released via internal Web.The practical application indicates that the system is stable and reliable,and features good real-time performance and flexible arrangement;it can reflect the energy consumption in entire company,and detect the failure of any equipment promptly.
