摘要
通过对镀铬控制系统手动、自动、手自动三种模式切换的可靠性设计,分析了整个控制系统的电磁兼容性,对PLC采取了能有效提高其抗干扰能力的措施。经实际应用,镀铬控制系统能够正常运行,且具有良好的安全性和可靠性。
Through reliability design for switching over of manual,automatic,manual and automatic modes of chrome plating control system,electromagnetic compatibility of the whole control system was analyzed,and effective measures have been taken to improve the disturbance resisting capability of PLC.Practical application of the chrome plating control system shows that it can function properly with good safety and reliability.
