摘要
氧化安定性是汽轮机油一项十分重要的性能指标,基础油的组成是汽轮机油性能好坏的关键。文章应用人工神经网络技术将汽轮机油基础油的化学组成和氧化安定性联系了起来。研究结果表明,模型预测值和实验值有很好的相关性,所建模型能有效地对基础油的氧化安定性进行测试。
Oxidation stability is most important characteristic for turbine oils, the chemical composition of base oils determines to a large extent the oxidation stability of the lubricants. The artificial neural network has been used for correlating the oxidation stability of the base oils with their chemical composition. The results indicate that the predicted values have high correlation with the experimental values. The result shows that the built model can be used effectively for evaluating the oixdation stability of base oils with their chemical composition.
