摘要
采用浸渍法制备了一系列Fe-Mo-O/Al2O3催化剂,研究了催化剂的制备工艺及其催化甲苯气相氧化制苯甲醛的反应条件。并利用BET、XRD、H2-TPR等测试技术,考察了负载型催化剂的有关物化性能。结果表明:浸渍顺序对催化剂性能有较大影响。当活性组分负荷量为9.6%(质量分数),反应温度为460℃,空气流量为160mL/min,空时为17.5g·h·mol-1时,甲苯的转化率,苯甲醛选择性及收率分别为52.9%,13.0%和6.88%。
A series of supported catalyst are prepared by impregnation. The influences of preparation process conditions on catalyst performance, and the reaction conditions on catalytic vapor phase oxidation of toluene to benzaldehyde were investigated. The physical and chemical properties of catalysts were investigated by means of BETXRDH2-TPR techniques. The results showed that the effect of impregnation order on catalyst was great. The 52.9% conversion of toluene, the 13.0% selectivity 6.88% yield of benzaldehyde were obtained at 460 for a air flow rate of 160 mL/min and a W/FT of 17.5 gh/mol-1.
