摘要
在加热条件下,以乙酸作为溶剂,用壳聚糖还原氯金酸制备了金纳米粒子。壳聚糖分子还保护了生成的金纳米颗粒,因此壳聚糖既为还原剂又是保护剂。紫外吸收光谱证实了溶液内金纳米粒子的存在。采用静电纺丝技术制备了含有金纳米粒子的壳聚糖/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)复合纳米纤维。运用透射电镜(TEM)对纤维的表面形貌及纤维内的金纳米粒子的分布进行了表征。
In this paper,the gold nanoparticles were obtained by reduction of gold salt with chitosan in acetic acid under heating and well-dispersed gold colloids stabilized by chitosan immediately.The existence of gold nanoparticles in PVP aqueous solution was observed by UV-visible absorption spectra.Chitosan acted as both stabilizer and reducing agent.Chitosan/PVP composite nanofibers containing gold nanoparticles were obtained using electrospinning method.Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to observe the morphology of composite nanofibers and distribution of the gold nanoparticles.
