The performance of basalt fiber and the application of basalt fiber products in the filed of civil engineering

玄武岩纤维是继碳纤维和玻璃纤维后又一种值得关注的无机高性能纤维材料。介绍了玄武岩纤维的化学成分、各项优越特性以及玄武岩纤维制品(短切纱、土工织物以及玄武岩纤维复合筋)在土木工程领域的应用和作用。随着玄武岩纤维性能和产量的提高,玄武岩纤维及其制品将在土木工程领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Basalt fiber is widely concerned another high performance inorganic fiber after carbon fiber and glass fiber. The chemical composition,the characteristics of basalt fibers,the main products of basalt were introduced in this paper,including chopped yarn of basalt fiber,basalt fiber geotextiles and basalt fiber reinforced polymer. The application and function of basalt fibers and its products for civil engineering were also introduced. With the improvement of the properties and increase in output of basalt,basalt fiber and its products will have a wide application prospect in the filed of civil engineering.
