摘要
在分析独立学院专职教师的绩效结构的基础上,建立了相应的具体绩效评价指标体系,并说明了运用模糊综合评价理论和层次分析法进行评价的过程。
This paper analyzes the performance structure of the independent institute full-time teachers and set up the corresponding specific performance evaluation system,then explains how to use fuzzy evaluation theory and AHP to evaluate the performance of the independent institute full-time teachers.
