基于数据包络分析方法的安徽省地区间工业发展差异的实证研究

By the Means of Data Envelopment Analysis Study on the Regional Differences of Industry in Anhui

运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,对安徽省17个城市三类不同的工业企业进行分析发现,15个城市存在不同程度的非DEA有效,没有一个城市已经达到规模递增的状态。导致其非DEA有效的主要原因在于规模过小,技术效率低下。针对这种状况,提出扩大已有工业企业的规模、加大招商引资工作的力度、发挥各市工业的比较优势等政策建议。

This is a research by Data Envelopment Analysis on the three types of different industrial enterprises which are state-owned,foreign-funded and private in 17 cities in Anhui province.The result shows that 15 of them show DEA inefficient in certain ways and no one has achieved scale increase in development because of the technology inefficiency or too small size of their companies.Data Envelopment Analysis is a method to study multi-input and multi-output production functions in the same business units or sectors.To deal with this,the article makes a suggestion on laying down policies to enlarge the existing scale of enterprises,to increase investment and to bring each city＇s industry advantages into play.
