基于构造和概念体系化视角的旅游可持续发展问题探析——以日本的相关研究启示为例

Studies on the Sustainable Development of Tourism from the Viewpoint of Structure and Systematization of Concepts——Taking the Relevant Study in Japan for Example

文章运用文献研究和区域政策比较研究等多种研究方法,在论述社会的可持续开发和发展的历史、理论背景的基础上,从构造和概念体系化的视角将其应用于旅游的可持续发展研究。借鉴日本等国家的相关研究成果和经验并以此为启示,进行统一性研究及运用指标来分析旅游对社会的可持续发展之贡献和作用。文章旨在通过对这一问题的探析提出政府和企业的应用战略对策,同时提出通过可持续发展社会的政策、可持续经营的旅游产业清洁化来构筑旅游的"可持续发展论"。

Based on discussing the history and theoretical background of the sustainable exploiting and developing of society,this article applies the viewpoint of tourism structure and systematization of concepts to the study on the sustainable development of tourism with the methods of literature research and comparative study on regional policy.Using for reference of related research results and experience of Japan and other countries,the writer believe that it is necessary to conduct the study of integrity and apply the index to analyze the contribution and function made to society by tourism.According to the study on these issues,application strategy counter plan for government and enterprises is put forward and at the same time it is brought forward that ＂discussion on sustainable development＂ can be constructed by the sustainable society policy and sustainable tourism cleansing management.
