Through discussion of the background of ancient Jinyang City＇s establishment as capital,the important impact of physical and human geographical factors on the development of spectacles and culture of Jinyang city is set forth from historic geographical perspective.This paper is meant to probe into the relationship between utilization of nature and economic development.Based on researches on the rise and decline of ancient Jinyang city,the author argues that the rise and decline of capitals and states is an inevitable law.
