城市空间扩展中失地农民“种楼”的理性与维权——从“握手楼”景观到农民消极应对“城中村”改造的个案观察

Lost Land Peasants' Rationality of Building Planting and Their Right Protection During Urban Space Expansion

"城中村"改造的个案发现,失地农民从"种楼"到消极应对地方政府的"城中村"改造实践,表明了农民生存理性的延续和经济理性的觉醒。城市空间的扩展并没有自然带来失地农民的市民待遇的提高,反而强化了失地农民的"种楼"欲望,"拆一还一"是失地农民支持"城中村"改造的底线,保护祠堂是失地农民维权的神圣"权杖","股份固化"是失地农民维权的制度基础,村民、外来务工人员与地方企业三者之间的"共生利益链"是"握手楼"难拆的市场支持。

A case of urban village reconstruction shows an attitude change of lost land peasants from＂Building Planting＂to negative response towards Urban village reconstruction by government,which indicates the continuousness of their survival rationality and awareness of economic rationality.While urban space expansion does not naturally bring out treatment improvement for lost land peasants,it instead enhances the peasants＇＂appetite for building planting＂,and attitude of＂giving back one for the one tore down＂becomes a bottom line of peasants in urban village reconstruction.Protection of ancestral hall serving as a＂Scepter＂while＂Share Regulation＂is the institutional basis of right protection for lost land peasants.＂Coexistence Interest Chain＂among peasants,migrant workers and the local business men is the market support for tearing down of＂Hand in Hand Buildings＂.
